NETHERLANDS entire 1838 Gent to Hornu but by mistake sent to Haarlem. The cover had been entered in the register on arrival and with the Déboursé cancel from Haarlem it was deleted in the register again. Cover went to the bureau for returned shipments in the Hague and with Déboursé ‘s Gravenhage the cover was forwarded to Brussels (weak D.94.B Bruxelles)
